This home anticipated all the needs we had from a fully stocked (and organized!) kitchen to beach chairs and a wagon. The home was well maintained and clean. There was plenty of room for two families. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Where to begin! Carolina Moon was the perfect spot for our family and our family friends to spend the week. The house was well kept and clean. It was incredibly well stoked! This is a really silly example but my husband always brings along a knife sharpener because normally rentals knives are duller than dull. The knives in the house were incredibly sharp and my husband now wants a set like it. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with all sorts of appliances. The layout of the house was perfect and enabled everyone to hang out without feeling smothered. This property was a short walk from the beach and close to the community pool. It was a great setup! Everything in the house is well labeled. It was clean, fairly updated, spacious and the perfect home base for our family vacation. It was about 1 mile from the town of Duck which has many restaurants, shops, and a great walking path/boardwalk along the sound. We would definitely return to this area and stay with Joe Lamb Jr again! Thanks for offering such wonderful rental properties!

This home is great! Has everything you need in kitchen and for the beach. Very clean, loved the screened in porch. Was a little further walk to the beach than we usually do, but the quiet court the house is on with all the trees was perfect. Our boys got a ton of use out of the basketball hoop.

Our favorite part of Carolina Moon was the wrap around decks. They are the main reason we chose Carolina Moon. We were traveling with a toddler, so the toys and play equipment thrilled our grandchild. The yellow truck helped him overcome his fears of the loud beach waves, since this was his first visit to a beach. Another favorite part of the home was the very well-stocked kitchen. The counter space was wonderful.

Our whole family really enjoyed Carolina Moon. I was very impressed with the kitchen and how well it was stocked for cooking. We made most of our meals at home so it was a pleasant surprise. Also the house was very family (children) friendly. The bedrooms were laid out very well to accommodate our extended family. We wish the pool would have been closer but it was great having one available. We would definitely consider returning to Carolina Moon.

Very comfortable home. The kitchen was well-equipped. The home was child friendly with games, books, and toys for all ages. It was nice to be able to have a designated parking area at the beach which made it easier than carrying tons of items. We really enjoyed this home and its location.

Great rental home for 2 small families. Great for kids. We loved the house, the location, and the community pool. We appreciated all the extras- dvds & books, the beach cart & chairs, and even though we didn't need the high chair and baby gate, it was nice to see that in this home. I know most rental homes do not supply those.

Nice, spotless, comfortable home. Close to the ocean and right across the street from the pool and tennis court. Duck is a nice, not so commercial town, which is what we where looking for.
