I strongly recommend nice clean house. My family loves that they provide beach equipment for everyone to use. Easy beach access across the street. Hands down one of the nicest houses we have rented.

We’ve been staying at this property for years. It is a lovely property. Each year it has more improvements or amenities. It is spacious and very open. We love the decks and the outdoor pool and hot tub. There’s even a high safety gate that the younger ones cannot open to get into the pool area.

GREAT location in KDH and very close to beach access. Well kept home with updates to keep it from aging out. New appliances made a huge difference and we loved having an ice maker and water filter. The pool was lovely and a great alternative when the jellyfish took over the beach.

Our family vacation at Special K was so wonderful that my granddaughter did not want to leave. The house was great for our family. They layout was wonderful. The location across from the beach entrance was so convenient especially with the beach wagon at the house. After a day at the beach, we spent the rest of the day in the pool & hot tub. For meals at the house the gas grill was great to have. We are already planning next year's vacation and hoping we can get this house again!

Well stocked kitchen for family meals including my 17 yr old making family dinner one night. Beds are comfy. Close to beach access. Loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. My family loved the dining table, not only for dinners but for playing cards and games.
