Yellow Bird was everything we were hoping for. The house was spotless when we got there and even smelled clean. We had two minor maintenance issues while staying there, and they were fixed very promptly. The back porch was our favorite part of our stay! Joe Lamb and Associates were very friendly whenever I contacted them and they even left a small gift bag in the house for us. It exceeded our expectations and we have already completed our early reservation form and hope to return next year!

Yellow Bird was the perfect vacation home! Access to the beach was incredible especially with children. They were able to go from the beach to the house & back without needing someone to escort them. The house was clean & spacious. If we weren't on the beach, we were on the deck overlooking the beach! We loved the partially covered deck which gave us options to remain in the shade or enjoy the sun. Many meals were eaten at the picnic table outside! Thank you Yellow Bird for such a wonderful stay!
