Very affordable house with great view of ocean. Kitchen was well stocked. Extremely convenient location with a few restaurants & ice cream spot within walking distance. Very short walk to the beach (less than 5 mins). Watch for sand spurs. Don't walk barefoot in the yard. If bringing dogs, be sure to check them for sand spurs regularly Very windy for us & nothing near pool to break the wind. Umbrella kept getting blown down. There is no other shade at the pool. Overall, any issues/concerns we had were very minor. House was fantastic, would rent again, & would recommend house to friends/family.

Very nice unit that is pet friendly! Distance to beach was good for littles (ages 7 and 4) outside ammenities were really nice! Would consider renting this location again.

We are locals and needed to live in this rental for a month because of construction/repair issues at our home. We have a small dog and I am currently in a wheelchair. This home worked well for all of us.

Just a heads up, the pictures don’t do this home justice! The ocean view was so much better than expected. The walk to the beach was maybe a block. The beds were large and comfy, and the kitchen was a dream to cook in! It was spacious and fully stocked. (Okay, they didn’t have a spatula, but I went out and bought one — so now they have that too!) It’s walking distance to Ocean Boulevard, which is a fantastic restaurant — highly recommend for date night! It’s also a super short drive to the Bad Bean (seriously — get the pork belly tacos, thank me later). The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There’s convenient parking for beach access right nearby. I imagine in the summer months it could get a bit busy (we were there during spring break), but it comes with bonuses like outhouses, a rinse station, and a place to throw away dog waste. There’s also an outdoor shower at the house to rinse off. Back to the house — the upstairs shower pressure is great! There was plenty of counter space in the master bath, and the upstairs half bath was nice and bright. The kitchen has an electric mixer, a regular coffee pot, and a Keurig, plus a waffle maker, cupcake tray with silicone cups, tons of cutting boards, pots, pans, and baking trays — everything you’d need to make a great meal. The overall feel of the home is big, bright, uncluttered, and incredibly relaxing. It was also spotless! Highly recommend!
