Very comfortable home in a quiet section of Kitty Hawk. Just what we were looking for after renting in a busier community to the south previously. Parking feels "tucked" back off the street where your vehicle isn't exposed. A perfect property for a smaller family, a child, grandparent and even a small puppy. Lovely view of the ocean. Beach space near the house is sparsely crowded with plenty of breathing room!

Beautifully appointed little house with a wonderful, ocean-side screened porch--great view of the water. Location is ideal for nearby groceries and restaurants. I have stayed here for decades.

It was very clean and in good shape. It has beautiful ocean views. The screened in porch was a great place for morning coffee and any other time to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. I would highly recommend this home for other vacationers. It sits right on the beach but you still have to cross the dunes to get to the ocean. There weren't any large apartments around so there was plenty of space on the beach. There were not any lifeguards that we could see for blocks. The master bedroom with en-suite actually has 2 double beds and is off the kitchen. On the other side of the house are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom. This is not a problem
