Sunflower is the perfect beach house for our family of 8... 3 families. The kids love the swimming pool and hot tub... and the ocean is a short walk away. We enjoy the porches especially the top one with a view of the ocean. We hope to return next year!

This is a great home for a family. The setup is very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool is lovely. The beach is close and there is a mat to help you over the dune. We would stay here again.

Perfect location, the house floor plan was ideal for our family, well-stocked kitchen, the pool was perfect, loved the large open concept on the top floor, all bedrooms roomy an ideal for children an adults, it was an awesome 2-week stay

This unit had everything you need to cook. Plenty of silverware and dishes. The pool has 2 shallow ends approximately 3 feet and the middle is about 5 1/2 feet. Great for younger children. Large living room, dining area and kitchen.

The Sunflower has a great floorplan, with lots of room choices for large families to use and have some separation with kids/adults. The bottom tv/foosball area is great for kids!! All three generations really enjoyed the pool and deck area.

The house was in a nice location with easy 1 block access to the beach. Views of the ocean from front decks was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was nice size and had nice wide steps at one end of the pool for easy entry.

Sunflower was a good fit for our family with a variety of bedrooms, nice living area, and pool. The closeness to the beach was a definite plus. The yard area was fun to fly kites and play games.

This was our fourth year staying in this vacation home. It is a lovely place for family to enjoy one another while still having individual space. You can walk out on the balcony to see the ocean, and it's a very short walk to the beach. My family looks forward to our time here each year.

Sunflower is a perfect beach house for the 8 of us. With 3 families, we each have separate bathroom and bedroom areas. Very convenient for 2 small children and their parents. It is located on a quiet street. There is a short walk to the beach and a nice size pool to enjoy especially when the ocean is too cold. The little ones think we own the Sunflower!
