243 | Atlantic Hidden Treasure

I would not rent this house or recommend anyone else. The whole house is shifting, you feel like you have vertigo walking down the hall. Floors are lifting and kept getting caught until Joe Lambert maintenance taped them down so we didn’t cut our feet. Dishes were left dirty and pots and pans were greasy we even found a cup of popcorn in the clam pot. Hot tub cloudy, and where the pool table is, it is so black mold infested we were advised to stay out of the room by maintenance. The ceiling, pool table, sticks and pool balls were covered in mold.

Thank you for the feedback, the mildew issue was taken care of in the bottom floor game room during you stay. The flooring has since been replaced.

The remodel on this house is obvious. The floors are warped, uneven and actually peeling up in the kitchen. You don’t see it i. the photos or in the description but here are window ACs in all rooms which have to run constantly to even try and abate the humidity. Also, there are 0 closets on this place, none.

It was cold and rainy most of the week but the ocean views were wonderful. The hot tub location allowed us to use it even though it was raining. House was very clean and open. Look forward to renting this home in the future.

We absolutely loved our vacation at this house. When you get up it’s so bright from the windows overlooking the ocean! The couch was the perfect place to have my cup of coffee while looking out at the dolphins going by. I’ll definitely be back!

The house was absolutely beautiful and could not be in a better location. The walk down to the beach was easy and is great for older renters to not have to travel an extremely long way down to the beach. We loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and being able to eat out at restaurants close by at night. It is a beautiful house and we had the absolute best time staying there.
