We have rented from Joe Lamb for years and always been a good experience. This unit has great space and accommodations. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is plenty of silverware and ample seating for eating, including a bar area and a large eight-chair table. It also has a pull-across baby gate at the top of the stairs. Provides a beach cart and a gas and charcoal grill. Very lovely beach access which is a must for us.

We've rented Hawks Nest several times over the last decade and really enjoyed staying here! The upper deck is a favorite place to watch the sunset, and the house itself is spacious with a great layout. We like having a den or rec room for the young adults to hang out.
