Features include: C/AC-Heat, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, TVs, Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans, and Deck Furniture. Two Mature Dogs Allowed w/Fees. This is a Non-Smoking Unit.

Beach Nourishment

Beach nourishment projects are necessary for preserving our community. Currently, beach nourishment activities are occurring in Nags Head and South Nags Head. Follow along with the progress by visiting https://www.darenc.gov/government/beach-nourishment/upcoming-projects.

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Nice location, but the home is in need of repairs and updates. Very dated home with couch that needs replaced as well as several doors that need replaced that wouldn't close. One of the reviews mentioned 2 gates to keep dogs/ kids confined on the deck but only one gate was actually there. A little bit of effort from the owners could make it a much nicer property.

The location can't be beat. The house is decorated very nicely. Tons of books to read. Loved the wrap around porch with the built in doggie gates.
