Very nice, basic house. Not the large, high ceiling, giant picture window house, but quite comfortable, and best of all it RIGHT on the beach! You can't get any closer without being in the water!

This house is the best. The wraparound porches make it a great place for kids. We brought a blow up pool and our Granddaughter had a blast. Convenience to the ocean is great. Just step of the steps and your are on the sand. I give this house a 10 out of 10!!

Well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook at home and walking distance from Austin’s. Location could not be better, just steps from the beach with no obstructions to the view. Morning coffee on the porch watching the sun rise over the water was our favorite time

SO VERY CLOSE to the beach and that's great. Made it so easy to take stuff down to beach. Also the stairs to enter the house were very easy too. Can tell the house is loved by the owners and they are happy to share it with renters.

Beautiful home! Clean, comfortable. Ample seating, especially outside on decks and poolside. Loved the walkway to beach. Great ocean views! We have stayed in several OBX oceanfront homes, and this was one of our favorites.
