The beach access is very accessible and the parking is user friendly. The gas grill needs to be replaced as the burners are deteriorated making it unsafe to use.

Very nice beach house that feels like home. I liked the house better than most and would definitely stay there again. It is just a short walk down a boardwalk to the beach as well.

My family absolutely loved this house. Out of 7 years coming to OBX, this was probably my favorite house. The open layout of the kitchen and living room was great for family hangouts and dinners. The walk to the beach was very was perfect with a boardwalk/ramp to help with wagons and strollers.

Great space for two families vacationing together. Having the pool and hot tub were excellent. The two extra refrigerator/freezers in the basement are a total PLUS PLUS! Short walk and easy access to the beach.
