House was very neat and in great condition. Plenty of space for our two families to spread out. The pool is small but was perfect size for our group. We LOVED all the decks we could retreat to in the evenings to relax and just talk.
The house is also very quiet! You could walk around on the third floor without waking anyone up that was below on the second floor.

The property was very well-maintained and clean. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with everything we could need and then some. We've rented many homes on the OBX in the past and none of the kitchens were as well-stocked as this one.

This was a GREAT property in every way. Having the beach entrance right across the street was amazing. Everything in this home is laid out perfectly. We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for 20+ years, and have stayed in many homes and this one was by far the best! We have also used many realtors in the past, but have been using Joe Lamb for about 6 years and will never use anyone else.

Our family had a wonderful time! My husband accidentally put a bag of our luggage in the trash and the folks at Joe Lamb went above and beyond and went and retrieved the bag for us so I could get it shipped back! First Flight was an amazing house! Sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a wide age range. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. The decks on each level were so nice and provided a good view of the ocean. The location right across the street from beach access can't be beat. We loved everything about this home!

First flight is an excellent property. Great location with very easy access to the beach. Property was very clean and well maintained. Private pool and hot tub were great. An added bonus was the crow's nest. The elevator was great for the elderly family members. Walking distance to ice shops were great for the kids and grandkids. Would definitely stay at First Flight again.

We really enjoyed our stay, and we would rent here again. The house has everything that you need, the kitchen is well stocked, and it is an easy walk to the beach. Several ice cream shops and restaurants also are an easy walk or bike ride away. Overall, the house is very well taken care of.

Beautiful home with great ocean views and nearby public beach access! Home is in excellent condition and furnished nicely and comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked. Multiple areas for recreation and relaxation. Family members enjoyed the pool, many puzzles and games, and pool table when not at the beach or exploring the area.
