Ground Level: Community Parking (2 vehicles maximum, parking passes available at on-site office), Access to Community Swimming Pool, Outside Shower, Picnic Area, Charcoal Grills, Fish Cleaning Station, & Coin Operated Washers.

Main Level: Entry, Dining Area w/Seating for Six (6), Full Equipped Kitchen (Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator w/Ice Maker, Sink, Cabinets, Cookware, Tableware), Closet (Broom, Dustpan, Vacuum), Living Room (Two (2) Sofas (One (1) Sleep Sofa), Entertainment Center (TV, Modem, Variety Games, Puzzles), Half Bath (New Vanity, Mirror, Large Closet), Locked Back Door.

Top Level: Upgraded Full Bath w/Tub/Shower, Ceramic Tile on Walls/Floor, Hall Closet (Iron & board), 2 Bedrooms (1 w/Queen, TV, Access to Balcony/Sun Deck, Two Dressers, TV, Large Closet; 1 w/2 Doubles, Overlooks Pool Area, 2 Dressers, TV, Large Closet.

Features: C/AC & Heat, On-Site Laundry Facilities, Wireless Internet, & Deck Furniture. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed.

• Parking Passes – Parking passes required for the summer season. If there is not a pass displayed, the car will get a warning notice on the windshield and then if not remedied, could be towed at their expense.
• Pool Wristbands – Maximum occupancy of 6 per unit, and 6 wristbands per condo. Guest gets to keep them as a souvenir too! They say, “The Windjammer Nags Head, NC” and glow in the dark, so it will be super fun for the kids! For this year (we will see how it goes) we are offering 4 sizes (Adult, Adult XL, Youth, and Toddler). Since they will need to have them on their person while they are in the pool area, if they lose a band and it needs to be replaced, the replacement cost is $20.
Guests can stop by the on-site office on Saturdays or Mondays between 9am and 4pm to pick up the parking passes and pool wristbands. The on-site staff will be monitoring both this summer.
