Even with the walkthrough we did before leaving, our 7 year old granddaughter somehow left one of her favorite dolls behind in a toy chest/hamper. She didn't realize it until we were nearly home. We called the Joe Lamb office and told them about it, where the doll was and what she was wearing. Faith T. told us that someone would get out to the house to look. Within a couple days, Faith called back to say that the doll was found and would be put in the mail back to us to get to our granddaughter. That is what I call Customer Service!

Thanks Faith and thanks to all the Joe Lamb folks for a fantastic vacation and helping to make a young lady very happy by going the extra mile to find her doll and putting it on the road back to her! This was our third year renting from Joe Lamb and we have never been disappointed.
