Your family will be thrilled with the comfort this home provides and a location that cannot be beat. It provides exceptional views of the Ocean and Beach. Enjoy magnificent sunrises over the Atlantic, enjoy your morning coffee from the well-furnished Oceanfront porch, and spend your days relaxing on the Beach. The Avalon Fishing Pier is located a short walk away as well as Awful Arthurs Oyster Bar and Restaurant.

Ground Level: Parking for 3 Cars, Steps to Separate Entrance to Bonus Room w/Single, Full Bath w/Shower, Laundry Area, Outside Shower, and Outside Steps to Main Level Covered Entry.

Main Level: Living Area w/Large Flat Screen TV, Well Equipped Kitchen w/Eat In Dining Area, 4 Bedrooms (1 w/Queen; 1 w/Double; 2 w/2 Singles), 2 Full Hall Baths w/Tub/Shower, Access to Front Covered Deck w/Deck Furniture, and Access to Oceanfront Covered Deck w/Porch Swing, Deck Furniture, Beautiful Beach and Ocean Views, and Steps to the Beach.

Features include: C/AC-Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Wireless Internet, and Ceiling Fans. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed.
Beach Nourishment Beach Nourishment

Beach nourishment projects are necessary for preserving our community. Currently, beach nourishment activities are occurring in Nags Head and South Nags Head. Follow along with the progress by visiting https://www.darenc.gov/government/beach-nourishment/upcoming-projects.

Future projects are planned for Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills in 2027. Depending on the timing and location of your stay, beach conditions, access, project activities may vary and are subject to change without notice.

This is our 4th year renting through Joe Lamb. Our first experience was at the Win Eden and we were so sad to see it go.
We have stayed at the aqua hut the other 3x. It is perfect for the four of us( friends over 40 years) to be right on the beach and each have our own room.
