Parking is for 2 cars only & good luck trying to secure parking for any additional vehicles. Also, front access is located in driveway of next door house. Not easy to get to if next door neighbor arrives before you or has a vehicle on the bigger side. Should have a wooden walkway on other side of house to get to rear entrance.

This house is perfect for those who love a beach vacation as we do. You can have all your beach chairs, umbrellas, tables, games etc. all by the deck and bring them down every morning. We love that we can go back to the house to use the bathroom and be back on the beach in no time.

This property is right on the beach which is very convenient when lugging all our beach gear every day. It is close to great restaurants and some within walking distance I highly recommend staying here.

If you are looking for a rental right on the beach and close to great restaurants and grocery stores, this is the house to rent. We have been renting the same house for about seven years now and we love it. Arts burgers are the best and you can order and eat right on the beach.

This year was great staying at Kity I . There is now a hose to clean off the sand where as in past years we didn't have anything to get the sand off. The sliding door was fixed. It was clean and we had a great time! Can't wait to stay there again next year!
