Outdoor shower didn’t work, but maintenance came out and flipped out the shower head which fixed the issue. Dryer did not work, when called maintenance never came out to fix the issue…. So couldn’t dry clothes except hanging them up outside. Other than those two issues everything else was fabulous!

There was visible mold on the kitchen ceiling peaking out from the ceiling fan. Structurally, the top deck was not sound enough to feel comfortable spending time on it. The floors were filthy when we arrived so much so everyone’s feet and socks were black within just a few minutes. The kitchen was pretty under stocked appliance and just everyday use item wise and the beds are all terribly uncomfortable. Overall, the house was somewhat of a letdown.

Great location and space. Home layout is great for groups to hang out. Pool was shaded in the afternoon which was perfect after a morning at the beach!

This was a great property conveniently located to the beach and local grocery stores as well as some local restaurants. The home is in great condition and the pool was great to have. We would certainly consider this home for a return trip to OBX.
