⸻ Vacation Review – Beach House Stay This was our second time staying here and we’re already looking at dates for next year—we really love this house! What we loved: • The location and layout couldn’t be better. Super easy walk to the beach. • The pool and deck are fantastic, with plenty of seating for everyone. • The elevator is a huge bonus, and the ice machine is great to have. • The kitchen is really well stocked. • Bathrooms were clean and in good shape overall. • Loved the game closet—such a fun touch for family time. Things that could use some attention: • The freezer is very loud, and the cabinets are a little worn. The dishwasher doesn’t dry well and you can’t change the settings. • Living room furniture really needs a deep clean, and the throw pillows have definitely seen better days. Also not sure why there’s a pickleball court taped on the floor in there. • Bedrooms have plenty of sleeping space, but the curtains aren’t great—too small or too sheer for the windows. The carpets could also use a good shampoo. • A couple of toilets (master and basement) kept running, but we managed to fix them while we were there. • The TV in the Jack and Jill room wouldn’t work with the Roku. Overall: This is still one of our favorite houses—perfect location, pool, and layout. With a little TLC on the furniture, curtains, and a few maintenance items, it would be amazing. Already looking forward to next

Sea You Again was a beautiful home offering plenty of space for multiple families vacationing together. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were multiple living spaces where we could relax plus beautiful composite decks. Bathrooms available for each bedroom of the home. Beautiful tile showers in most bathrooms, a few with tubs which were nice for the young kids. This house was a short walk to the beach. 3 miles to Duck and 1.5 miles to Kitty Hawk. We loved this home and would definitely stay here again!
