To bring this story to life, we partnered with the talented team at WTKR and worked closely with our in-house marketing department. Every step of the creative process was designed to highlight what makes the Outer Banks—and our homes—so special. From early storyboard drafts to golden-hour drone shots, the production was driven by a shared mission: to showcase the emotional connection families have with this coast.
Filming took place right here on the Outer Banks, using a real vacation home and natural light to capture the essence of a day on the island—sunshine, salt air, sandy feet, and all. The scenes shift through time: an old photo album, a child’s laughter echoing through the halls, generations gathering on a porch that’s witnessed decades of summer memories.
